Boules<\/p>\n

Bridge<\/p>\n

The group meets to play Duplicate Bridge and at the start of most sessions has a short teach-in on one subject to help the group improve. Mondays 1.45pm to 4pm, The Grange Hall. Small charge to cover costs and refreshments.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>

Croquet<\/p>\n

Film Appreciation<\/p>\n

We meet monthly on the last Monday of the month at 2pm at the Grange. We discuss the film we have chosen at the previously meeting. Members go to see the film independently, usually at The Broadway Nottingham. We often report back via the monthly News Sheet. Keep Fit<\/p>\n

The hour consists of stretching, balance, yoga exercises and some Pilates. Fit and Toned<\/p>\n

This class combines aerobic exercise with toning exercises, it starts with a warm up and finishes with stretches. We meet in the Scout Hall every Wednesday 10.00-11.00 am and the cost is \u00a32 per session. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, wear trainer type footwear and comfortable clothes. Jiving for Fun<\/p>\n
